Descriere

Amestec de faina alba similar cu tipul de faina 405, ce poate inlocui clasica faina in toate retetele, fiind potrivit pentru prajituri sau paine, turta dulce sau aluat clasic, pentru mancaruri dulci si sarate etc.

Ingrediente:

amidon (de cartofi, porumb), faina de porumb, faina de orez, agent de ingrosare: guma de guar.
*=continut rezidual de lactoza <0,1g / 100g.

Valori nutritionale/100g:

Energie: 1435kJ / 338kcal;
Proteine: 2.2g;
Grasimi: 0.8g, din care acizi grasi saturati: 0.1g;
Carbohidrati: 79.5g, din care zaharuri: 0.2g;
Fibre: 2.0g;
Sare: 0.01g.

Reteta – Chec insiropat de lamaie

Ingrediente necesare pentru un chec copt intr-o forma de copt de 25cm:

  • 250g mix de faina alba fara gluten;
  • 1 pliculet praf de copt;
  • 175g unt nesarat;
  • 200g zahar;
  • 1 pliculet zahar vanilat;
  • 4 oua;
  • 1 lamaie.

Preparare:

  • Se amesteca untul moale, zaharul si zaharul vanilat pana spumeaza si se adauga treptat ouale.
  • Se inglobeaza si faina amestecata cu praful de copt si coaja de la o lamaie, iar la final se adauga si sucul de lamaie.
  • Aluatul trebuie sa fie vascos, adaugati putin lapte, daca este necesar.
  • Ungeti forma de copt, adaugati aluatul si coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la temperatura de 160°C (temperatura de sus / jos) timp de aproximativ 50 minute.
  • Dupa racire, puteti decora checul cu glazura de lamaie si coaja de lamaie.

Sfat: in loc de lamaie puteti folosi portocala.
